
I am qualified as a Sports Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Trainer. I work with a wide spectrum of individuals. From ultra runners, cyclists and rock climbers to office workers and trades people.
I combine my skill set and experience as a rehab professional, S&C trainer and dedicated recreational athlete to design simple and sustainable activity based Rehab Programs which:

provide ongoing remote monitoring & support - reducing the need for multiple repeat appointments.

Injury & Persistent Pain Rehab

With an injury rehab program we use targeted exercise and load management strategies to optimise your injury recovery so that you can engage in training, sports performance and day to day activities feeling physically and mentally prepared for the stresses your body will undergo.

Via a ‘graded exposure’ or a ‘movement snacks’ approach to persistent pain we can use exercise & education to help you self manage sites of pain. The intention is to develop confidence, improve function, reduce pain and allow individuals to do the things they love without fear or worry.
